Funeral Live Streaming, Photography & Videography in Kensington & Chelsea | London

I'm Shaun, and I provide professional funeral live streaming, funeral photography and funeral videography across the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea — from the London Oratory on Brompton Road to Brompton Cemetery, the churches of Chelsea and Kensington, and crematoriums serving families across SW3, SW5, SW7 and the surrounding area.

Kensington and Chelsea is home to some of the most significant Catholic and Anglican churches in London, as well as one of the city's great Victorian cemeteries. I have covered funerals across this borough and understand what each of these venues requires — in terms of camera positioning, audio, discretion, and the specific protocols that major historic churches expect.

A Real Kensington Funeral — Catholic Mass at The London Oratory

One of the most architecturally significant funerals I have covered in London took place at The London Oratory on Brompton Road in Knightsbridge — one of the finest Catholic churches in England, with one of the widest naves of any Catholic building in the country.

I provided funeral live streaming with three cameras — two inside the Oratory and my colleague Patrick filming the arrival procession on Brompton Road — for a Catholic Mass where only 25 mourners could attend in person. Over 171 viewers across 9 countries joined live, including family in the USA, Australia and throughout Europe.

You can read the full case study here: Catholic Funeral Live Streaming at The London Oratory, Knightsbridge.

What Funeral Services in Kensington & Chelsea Include

Every funeral live stream I provide in Kensington and Chelsea includes:

  • Two or three camera setup — wide, close and where appropriate outdoor coverage

  • 1080p high-definition live stream

  • Professional microphones at every speaking point — not reliant on the church's own PA system

  • Four bonded internet connections combined for a stable, reliable broadcast

  • Private viewing link shared only with those the family chooses

  • Full HD recording available immediately after the service

  • Stream hosted online for 12 months with a free downloadable copy

Funeral photography and funeral videography can be provided alongside streaming as a single managed service — one point of contact from enquiry through to final delivery.

Venues I Cover in Kensington and Chelsea

The London Oratory, Brompton Road SW7 — one of England's most significant Catholic churches, with a complex interior acoustic and specific camera placement requirements. I have provided streaming here and understand the building and its protocols well.

Brompton Cemetery, Old Brompton Road SW10 — one of London's Magnificent Seven Victorian cemeteries, with Gothic monuments, tree-lined avenues and a Grade I listed chapel. I have provided funeral photography at graveside services here, including as part of a Greek Orthodox funeral across multiple London locations. For more on graveside and outdoor streaming, see my guide to live streaming a graveside or outdoor funeral.

Chelsea Old Church, Cheyne Walk SW3 — a historic church on the Thames embankment, rebuilt after wartime bombing, serving Chelsea families.

St Mary Abbots, Kensington Church Street W8 — the parish church of Kensington, with a Victorian Gothic interior and significant local congregation.

West London Crematorium, Kensal Green — serving Kensington, Chelsea and surrounding West London boroughs, with a traditional chapel setting I cover regularly.

Chelsea Funeral Directors — Working With Local Professionals

I have worked alongside Chelsea Funeral Directors on a number of services in this area, including the Catholic funeral at Westminster Cathedral documented in my Westminster Cathedral funeral photography case study. Chelsea Funeral Directors are one of London's most respected independent funeral homes, and coordination with them is always smooth and professional.

If your funeral director is based in Kensington or Chelsea, I am familiar with how they work and happy to liaise with them directly so the family has nothing extra to manage.

Connecting Families Across the World from Kensington

Kensington and Chelsea has a highly international population — with significant communities from Ireland, Italy, Portugal, France and across Europe, alongside many families with relatives in the Americas, Australia and the Middle East. Funeral live streaming allows those who cannot travel to be present in real time, watching on any device through a simple private link.

Every stream I provide includes a full recording available for 12 months and a free HD download — so those in different time zones can watch the complete service whenever they are ready.

  • "Shaun's Service is second to none. Great coverage and beautiful details like the holding page and even including the order of service. Just took control of all the livestream elements so we didn't have to worry about anything."

  • ”My friend George Richmond, the Director of Photography for the Marvel movie Deadpool, took on the responsibility of selecting a videographer for my husband's funeral. He chose you out of everyone he looked at, and I am immensely grateful for that decision. Your work is truly remarkable!”

  • "Shaun gave us very good and clear advice at the start. Worked tirelessly to make sure everything was just as we wanted it. Completed the videos in a very short window. Also completed extra videos and dealt with the funeral directors on our behalf. Has answered a million questions along the way with good grace and patience. The outcome has been amazing."
