When you recommend a supplier to a family, your reputation goes with them. A funeral happens once — there is no second take — and the last thing any of us wants is a stream that fails or a film that disappoints on a day that can never be repeated.

That is exactly why families and directors come to me. I attend every service personally, I bring professional equipment and bonded internet so the stream doesn't depend on venue Wi-Fi, and I test everything before guests arrive. In over ten years and more than 2,500 services, my single focus has been getting it right, every time — because I know your name is attached to the recommendation.

However you prefer to work

Every funeral director works differently, and I fit around you. There are two simple ways we can work together:

  • I deal with everything through you. You pass me the service details, and the family never needs to deal with me directly — you stay the single point of contact throughout.

  • You introduce me to the family. You make a simple introduction and I take it from there, keeping you in the loop as much or as little as you'd like.

Both work perfectly. You choose whichever suits you and the family best — and you can change it from one service to the next.

How it works

A simple, calm process, whichever route you choose:

  1. You get in touch — You pass me the service details, or introduce me to the family. Either way, I make it easy.

  2. Planning the service — I confirm the venue, timings, order of service and any special requirements — with you, with the family, or both — so everything is planned well before the day.

  3. On the day — I arrive early, set up quietly before guests arrive, test everything, and work discreetly throughout — around your service, never in the way of it.

  4. Capturing the day — Streaming, filming, photography, slideshows, visuals or PA, inside and outside — I manage it all personally so nothing is missed.

  5. Afterwards — I handle the recordings, edited films, galleries and private links, and deliver everything with care — to you, or straight to the family, as you wish.

Working alongside you

I shape everything around the service you've arranged. You stay in control of the funeral; I look after the streaming, filming, photography and visuals so it all runs smoothly.

For celebrants, that means you can lead the service knowing the technical side is completely handled, leaving you free to focus on the words and the family rather than glancing at a camera or a laptop. Many celebrants tell me that's the single biggest relief.

What I provide

I'm available 9am to 10pm, seven days a week, so I can always be reached when you or a family need me.
