How to Live Stream a Military Funeral in the UK
A military funeral is not a standard church service with extra uniforms. The timing is tighter, there are indoor and outdoor sections, and the stream has to pick up commands, salutes and silence as well as the readings.
I provide funeral live streaming for Armed Forces funerals across the UK, including ceremonial services at Sandhurst and Wellington Barracks.

Why a military funeral is different to stream
The coffin arrival, guard of honour and salutes often happen outside before anyone is seated. The service then moves into a chapel. Sound has to cover the officiant, the lectern and the open air. There is little room to set up once the parade has started. Families and colleagues are often watching from other bases, ships or countries.
A single fixed camera at the back of a chapel will miss half of that. It will also miss the moment the honours happen in the yard, which is the part people overseas most need to see.
A Royal Navy funeral at Sandhurst
I was asked by the Ministry of Defence to live stream the funeral of Second Lieutenant Max George at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
The day combined the outdoor ceremonial elements — the coffin arrival, guard of honour and salutes on the parade ground — with the chapel service. Cameras covered both. Two inside the chapel from the balcony: one wide on the congregation, one closer on the lectern, minister and family. One outside for the arrivals and the honours.
Microphones covered the minister, the lectern and the outdoor commands. Bonded 4G/5G ran the stream so it did not depend on venue Wi-Fi. People watched from more than 20 countries. The recording was available on the same viewing link afterwards.
I have also streamed a full ceremonial military funeral at Wellington Barracks in London. The same rule applies there: know where the formation will move, or you end up standing in it.

Two or more cameras, so the chapel and the outdoor honours can both be seen
Dedicated microphones for speech, plus ambient sound for salutes and hymns
Bonded 4G/5G, and Starlink if the site has no usable signal
A viewing page for invited guests, password-protected or openly shareable

Funeral live streaming starts from £650. Extra locations, such as the parade ground and then the chapel, are quoted before the day.
