We understand that arranging a funeral is emotional and time-sensitive. If you’re considering a live funeral stream, this guide walks you through exactly how it works — from first contact to the final recording. Our process is simple, respectful, and designed to support families through every step.
Step 1: You Get in Touch
Call, email, or use our contact form to check availability and tell us what you need — whether it’s a single location, multi-venue coverage, or something more personal.
Step 2: We Learn About Your Service
We’ll ask for details like:
• The date and time,
• Location(s) — church, crematorium, home, etc.
• Cultural or faith-based requirements
• Any special touches, like a tribute video or music
Step 3: You Receive a Quote & Confirmation
We send you a clear quote and availability confirmation. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll get everything booked and prepare your private stream page.
Step 4: A Discreet Professional Attends
On the day, our experienced team arrives early, sets up quietly, and tests all equipment. We bring our own internet where needed, and work closely with officiants and staff to stay respectful and out of the way.
Step 5: Option to Add a Tribute Video
Some families choose to include a tribute video or slideshow as part of the funeral stream — a meaningful way to honour the person’s life through photos, music, or video messages.
There are a few options available:
Play it during the service
We can show the tribute film full screen during the live stream (rather than pointing a camera at a screen in the venue). This ensures online viewers see it clearly, with crisp video and audio quality, fully in sync with the rest of the service.
Show it before or after the service
If you’d prefer, we can play the video at the beginning or end of the stream, either as a welcome or farewell message. This is often a good option when time is tight during the actual service.
Use your own video or let us create one
You’re welcome to send us a video you’ve already made, or we can create a tribute slideshow for you using photos, music, and any text or titles you’d like included. Just share your materials and we’ll do the rest.
There is a small additional fee for tribute video production or streaming setup — feel free to ask us about this when booking.
Step 6: The Service Is Streamed Live
Your private stream link is shared with invited guests. They can watch live on any device, from anywhere in the world — with no login or app required.
Step 7: A HD Recording Is Delivered
After the service, you’ll receive a high-quality recording to download and keep. The stream remains online for 12 months, so family can revisit it at any time.
