NOTTINGHAMSHIRE FUNERAL PHOTOGRAPHY - BEESTON CEMETERY

Capturing Moments of Love and Remembrance in Nottinghamshire

In the quiet charm of Nottinghamshire, as a Funeral Photographer, I had the privilege of documenting a heartfelt Persian Funeral service. This journey began at the family home, where emotions were raw and memories were cherished. From there, we proceeded to the quaint church that held a special place in the hearts of all who gathered to celebrate a life well-lived. The final chapter unfolded at Beeston Cemetery Chapel, a peaceful resting place, where we bid our last goodbyes.

Honouring a Life

As a funeral photographer, I'm entrusted with the responsibility of preserving moments of love, connection, and remembrance. In Nottinghamshire, I had the opportunity to do just that for a family paying tribute to their loved one.

A Family United

After the service at Beeston Cemetery Chapel, we made our way to the graveside within the same cemetery. Here, amidst the quiet beauty of nature, family and friends gathered to bid their final farewell. It was a moment of solemnity and closure, where grief was palpable, and support from loved ones was invaluable.

Sweet Memories: Sharing Traditional Persian Delights After the Burial

After the burial had taken place, the family extended their warmth by sharing traditional Persian cakes and sweets with everyone present. A sweet and heartfelt gesture that added a touch of comfort and unity during this time of remembrance.

Surrey Funeral Photographer: Funeral at Clandon Wood Burial Grounds

Surrey Funeral Photographer

This was a beautiful day at Clandon Wood Nature Reserve and Country Burial Ground in Guildford. At first glance you wouldn’t know that Clandon Wood was an award winning cemetery. Clandon Wood was originally designed as a nature reserve as well as a Natural Burial Ground and it truly is a beautiful place with graves scattered amongst the flowers, meadows, lake and trees. The site also hosts a glass Pavilion where ceremonies are held and this was the perfect venue for todays funeral. It was a pleasure to work with this gorgeous family and here are a few of their photo’s from the day.

Wembley & Edgware Funeral Photographer. - Photographing a Nigerian Funeral

As a Funeral Photographer I capture funerals all over the UK covering so many different cultures. This was a Nigerian Funeral in Edgware, London covering 4 locations, so it was a really busy day. We started the day at the family home with a White Hearse arriving behind the Funeral Director. Once there everyone came out to see the coffin and the flowers. Then we made a very short journey back down the hill to St Sebastian and St Pancras Church where the funeral was held. It was a lovely service, the minister was amazing and once finished it was off to Alperton Cemetery for the burial. The Funeral director made his way through Alperton cemetery and once the Hearse had pulled alongside the graveside the burial was underway. The Minister said his final words and then those in attendance threw flowers into the grave and said their final goodbyes. Once the grave had been filled everyone joined in to decorate the grave with flowers and wreathes. Then the family requested some family shots around the graveside and once finished it was time for the Wake which was back at St Sebastian and St Pancras Church Hall. Here are a few of the images I captured on the day to give you an idea of the kind of things we do.

Nottinghamshire Funeral Photographer - Funeral at Mansfield Crematorium

Mansfield Crematorium Funeral Photography by Shaun Foulds

It was a real privilege to photograph this funeral for a lovely lady who’s Father had recently passed away. The Funeral took place at Mansfield Crematorium in Nottinghamshire. Mansfield Crematorium is surrounded by a forest of Pine Trees, so the setting is very beautiful. The Funeral took place late afternoon, so the sun was getting ready to set and the light was dropping pretty fast. As family gathered outside the crematorium the Funeral Director and daughters of the deceased made their way up the drive walking in front of the Hearse. Family members carried the coffin into the service and then Drew Baxter the funeral celebrant led the service and shared family tributes throughout. Once the service had finished the family headed outside for a balloon release and then we finished with some family photos and some food at the pub just around the corner.

Garden City Funeral Photographer - Funeral at Icknield Way Cemetery

It was an absolute privilege to film and photograph this funeral on behalf of this beautiful family. I started the day at St Paul’s Church in Letchworth, Hertfordshire. It was a really cold day, very windy and the rain was trying it’s absolute best to get going, but managed to hold itself whilst family and friends arrived. The ceremony and tributes were really moving and after the service finished we headed off to Icknield Way Cemetery for the burial. Everyone gathered around the grave for the final blessings and then people took it in turns to help back fill the grave whilst others sung gospel songs, which I always love listening too.

Essex Funeral Videographer & Funeral Photography

It was a long journey to this beautiful part of the country for a Funeral in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. The family had asked us to cover both video and Photography for the whole day. This included the Hearse arriving at the Family Home, the Church service, the burial at Clacton Cemetery and the Wake. It was a really busy day for me and my team (Roshni & Dave) with all the different locations and often very little time to pull our equipment down and set up again, whilst making sure we captured everything on behalf of the family. Luckily the weather was on our side with nice blue sky’s which was especially good when we were outside for the Burial at Clacton Cemetery. So here are a few photos of the day, with the aim of giving you an idea for what we do. A huge thank you to the family for inviting us and making us feel so welcome on the day.

Leicestershire Funeral Photographer

I started the day at the family home in Leicestershire where a Horse Drawn Carriage (Buckminster Funerals) arrived with the coffin draped in a beautiful shroud which was also a family heirloom. Then it was off to the Church of Our lady of Good Counsel, Leicestershire for Chris’ Memorial Service where a Scottish Bagpiper (Piper Paddy Mc Gowan ) led him into the church. The priest (Father. Abbem Emmanuel) was so lovely, he did a wonderful thanksgiving service allowing the whole family to reflect on his life. After the ceremony finished we went to Gilroes Cemetery and Crematorium where the final blessing and burial took place. It was a bitterly cold day, but the sun came out as everyone said their final farewells.

Thank you so much to Priscilla for booking us to film and photograph Chris’ day. You put together such a beautiful day and showed real strength. Thank you for all the chats we’ve had on the phone and for being so kind and welcoming to me. It was an absolute privilege capturing these moments for you.
