Canford Crematorium Funeral Filming in Bristol - Feb 2019

Hi Shaun,

I’ve received the DVD’s today and I wanted to thank you; they are very nice and done with great sensitivity.

I am glad I have a memento of my husband’s funeral and of how we celebrated his life.

Thank you again and best wishes,

Anna

It was such a privilege to film Williams Memorial Service at Canford Crematorium in Bristol a few weeks ago. I had already learnt a little about Williams life as his wife Anna had asked me to put a Funeral slideshow together a few weeks before for his Wake.

It was a really cold wet day, as can be expected at this time of year. The rain was plentiful when I arrived but luckily stopped just in time for the Hearse and guests as they made their way up to the crematorium. The funeral Directors on the day were Westbury on Trym Co-Op Funeralcare. After arriving they exited the car and led the way to Canford Crematorium with William’s dog alongside. Once the family exited the cars, William’s Coffin was carried in to some truly beautiful music from the London Philharmonic Orchestra. Music was a big passion in Williams life. Rev Peter Davies led Williams Memorial Service and I have to say was brilliant, such a humble and kind man throughout. He talked about William’s life, his achievements and other family members also shared memories, stories and moments they shared with him in his life.
